The North & East Yorkshire Ecological Data Centre (NEYEDC) is an operating function of the Yorkshire & Humber Ecological Data Trust (YHEDT).
The aim of NEYEDC is to improve and inform environmental planning and stewardship in North and East Yorkshire through the collation, management and dissemination of biodiversity information.
NEYEDC covers the administrative areas of North and East Yorkshire, including the unitary authorities of York and Hull, and the two national parks (shaded areas), as shown on the map below.
NEYEDC is based in Georgian offices in Minster Gates, situated close to the world famous Minster church in the beautiful City of York. A map of our location can be found on the Contact Us page.
